"Generally an excellent stay. Reception and cleaning staff were helpful, pleasant and warm. Hotel needs updates for sure, as it is an older hotel, but all the basics were good and working in our room. No complaints at all. Plan to return. Lovely view of ocean , palm trees and beach from our room.

"There were lots of pool tiles inside the pool that were either missing or loose both on the floor of the pool and surrounding the inside of the pool. The larger tiles were also extremely dirty and it felt like the pool could need a really good clean, although the water did appear to be clean and was a lovely tepid temperature "
"We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. "
