"In desperate need of some attention. Walls were cracked and peeling. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling down. Electrical outlet pulling away from wall. Cobwebs. Hasn’t seen a new coat of paint in years and the last one was poorly down.

"The beds were big but the toilet was horrendous. Not even a proper window, it was kind of closed with a shutter half way. So the mosquitos got in and I found rat poo.
