"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

"Front entrance looks haunted without lights.. Cockroach droplets in drawers... Washroom not clean n washing basin dirty.. Sofa sets ,tables n chairs should be replaced by new one.. Horriblely hanging curtains.... Dirty swimming pool.. Sorry to say that...... "

"Since no dine in allowed. Breakfast been delivered to room. As I getting ready for the morning, I saw cockroach on my breakfast."

"The hotel is clean and situated next to the Mall and Tesco, which is convenient. The room is big and the bed very comfortable. The down side is that the KTV Lounge downstairs play very loud music which can be heard all the way up the upper floors where I was. This is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the consequence of its location being at the periphery of Taiping town and residential areas."
