浴室落水口阻塞！個人試著打開沖水！結果碎玻璃衝出浴室地板！打電話到櫃台、無人接聽！隔天連絡櫃臺、告知早上要使用浴室！請房務來清掃玻璃！商旅服務人員！一句抱歉都沒有！

Good staff, bad room
The staff wwa helpful and nice, they spoke enough english to help me check in. The problem is in the room. The ceiling if the shower was mouldy and when the shower ran there was an odd smell. Not all of the power ports work as well. Only 2 were working and none near the bathroom. The bed was very stiff.

床單有血跡 對我們來說枕頭太軟了 而且有蚊蟲叮咬 週末晚上外邊會比較吵 所以睡得不算太好 不過服務員都很好 忘了帶鑰匙卡外出 他立刻替我們處理 而且附近有車站 所以出入也很方便 步行到台中火車站需要約15分鐘

Very nice place to stay for a very good place! All the amenities you need and more. It is right in the middle of the night market but the room was very quiet. Mattress a little bit too hard for me but whole experience very good!
