The express buses downstairs can take you to Taichung Train Station in less than 10mn, to Calligraphy Greenway and Natural Science Museum in 10 mn, and to the new CBD in 20mn. Within walking distance, one can discover the pretty Liuchuan river, Chunghwa Road night market, the 2nd Market, the 5th Market, and the quaint Taichung Literature Park with lots of Japanes-style houses and a beautiful cafe.
