Even though, they may not be fluent in English but they are willing to help you with your request. Hotel has common space on the rooftop with complimentary soft drink, tea, coffee. The one shortcoming (shared with all other hotels in Taiwan where I’ve stayed) is not enough towel hangers. "We like the hotel room it has a great utility, nice interior design and comfortable bed/furniture. There is only one outside viewing in the room but was blocked by a building structure. "the location is very inconvenient for public transportation. The elevator and hallways are dingy feeling and not clean. The room had a musky smell and looks into construction site. The staff is also very limited as their check in experience is supposed to be automated. It’s really limited and they won’t help with anything. We booked for two nights and tried cancelling the second night immediately upon seeing the property but the manager insisted on not helping us. Expedia also tried to intervene...
