"Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. "Hotel is new, rooms spacey, pool very small. Its located about 3 blocks from where the restaurants are and 6 blocks from the sea. However this area the Centro Historico is very rundown, stinky and dirty. In the morning lots of people sleep in the street. Many lots/places abandoned…. "

"This villa was super spacious and would have been great for a large family or two to share. The pool is nice, but on the smaller side. There is a barbecue area as well. The villa is comfortable but not luxurious, so if you are looking for luxury, search elsewhere. There is no hot water, which was uncomfortable at best. When we asked the staff about it, they said they would look into it. However, the villa was not equipped with a hot water heater (at least that we could find.) The area is not...

"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"Buena comunicación "

"The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."

"Hago la reserva de forma exitosa y al momento del llegar al hotel me dicen que ya no tienen disponibilidad y tan solo se excusaron con que las reservas de la pagina las manejan en Medellin y sin darme solución me toco salir a buscar un nuevo hotel y para rematar los descarados ahora tratan de cobrarme por la reserva."

"A pleasant and very clean family run hostel / small hotel with nice grounds and good amenities. We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately had a problem with mosquitoes. The owners kindly gave us a mosquito spray which helped us. We particularly liked our bedroom which had a balcony with hammock. Lovely sunsets from the balcony looking out over the sea. We would happily stay again."

"Good location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent from the front desk staff to the room attendants, the service for breakfast to the guard upstairs at the pool."

"Right on the beach with direct access from the hotel. Two infinity pools one of them is adults only great for getting away from the noise. Only thing I didn’t like was house keeping never would put new towels, complimentary water bottles were empty and never refilled the whole trip, and ac unit is tricky to use I like my room cold was a bit annoying trying to figure it out. "
