"This place is in a great area, especially if you want to see the Hanok village or take any historical tours. The room was clean and the host responded to my questions online quickly. She was friendly, and allowed me to keep my suitcase on a different floor even after checkout. I don't recommend staying for more than one or two nights, though. "The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."
