Convenient being RIGHT next to the dome but hotel & rooms were outdated and not super clean. Elevator didn't work & horriblr signage for where to find the stairs. Overpriced for what you get. DO NOT go to the Chevron right down the street, very unsafe environment.

Run down, no working elevator and no notice that elevators were not in service. No hair dryer, iron or ironing board in the room. We requested a lower floor but were denied, lugged suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Not impressed at all!!!

The elevators were broken which we knew 3 weeks in advance, however no discount was offered and all the other hotels were already sold out by time we knew. Hotel was dirty, dingy, run down and kinda creepy. Stairwell was creepy, smelled like cigarettes. Room was dirty, tv was so staticky couldn’t see the picture. Mismatched furniture, the tub was plugged, the ceiling leaked into the shower when running water. Place is super run down but it was a place to sleep.

What hotel has no working elevators for clients or staff? No sign of anyone even working in them. Just signs saying down for maintenance. The poor staff have to hoof six flights! Never mind the guests.

Elevator was out.. that’s fine whatever. Rest of the room for the price paid was just horrific. The bathroom is in terrible condition, the main room has electrical sockets falling out of the wall, the TV is more than 20 years old. That was one of the worst beds I’ve slept on, hate to think how old they are. All that for $300

So great to be within a very short walk to Tacoma Dome. Stay was fine. Nothing special. But nothing bad. I made my reservation about 6 months ago. The elevators were down for repairs when I arrived. Would have been nice to have been informed of that before arriving. Save on the walks up and down the stairs.

Front desk staff (a very nice lady named Day) was very friendly and helpful. TV in room didn’t work but I ignored it due to the short stay. Conveniently located near the center of Tacoma and adjacent to the dome.

The young lady that did our ck in late at night was fantastic. She was very sweet and helpful. My complaints are with the room. I was anxious to take a bath after a very long day of travel but discovered there was no plug for the tub. The helpful woman at the front desk gave me a couple of extra washcloths to use to stop up the tub. Also there was some sort of access door next to the bed that would not stay closed so we had to put something in front of it to hold it closed. There was a power strip over the nightstand between the beds that was just hanging out of the wall exposing the inside of the wall. The air conditioner had a note on it to not lower it below 68° and as a menopausal woman who is always hot I found this to be particularly warm. I did not sleep well because of this. The faucet in the bathroom sink was so hard to turn the water on I was unable to do it so my husband had to forcefully turn on the water faucet. The pillows on the bed were quite strange. They were square and probably only 18 in tall. even with two pushed together my head kept falling in between the two pillows during the night.
