"The check in staff sermed stressed. Then they send you the Time share sales desk to get a check in package, totally wasted our time after a full day travel. We did not want thier free stuff! The condo was very nice! Thr beds are comfortable. We had 1 bedroom delux. Great quiet location the property sits at not far from the strip about 10 minutes drive. Jacuzzi was hot and nice! "The sell of this property killed a once beautiful gem! Our family has stayed at this property multiple times, most recently back in 2021 and loved it, this time was not the case. We learned after checking in the family friendly pool and amenities we knew, were no longer part of this property. Our disappointment only grew throughout our stay. "The pools were very nice and close by. The condo was very nice and we had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was good. We had a 13 month old with us and most electric outlets didn't have plugs in them. She's still crawling and her legs and feet were filthy because the floors were so dirty! We didn't understand that we would check in one place then travel several miles to the condo and that it was an upstairs unit. Check out was easy."
