Nothing wrong with the room or hotel at large. However, it does state that there is a continental breakfast included and what was "included" was anything but. Coffee with no milk or cream available, and cheap pre-packaged cinnamon buns. That. Is. It. Hardly a breakfast in my opinion, especially when you compare this to literally any other hotel/motel that offers this. It just irks me that on principle you are factoring this into the the price of the room and that they overtly just don't offer you something that you were expecting. Extremely underwhelming to say the least. It makes you feel ripped off. In the end we just went on with our day and it didn't matter, but I don't like when places don't follow through on something they say is included. Fail.

Building has been updated, clean looking facility. Poor management of parking lot which had built up ice in the parking spaces making it difficult to walk. Advertised with free breakfast…there was one honey bun in a plastic wrapper at 8am, so don’t expect anything. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

There wasn't anyone at the desk to greet me, for 20 minutes. The room they gave me was unclean. There was Marijuana on the table and chair. The bedding wasn't cleaned. There was hair and bodily fluids on the bed sheet when I arrived.

Pros: Conveniently located, the hotel was a straight road to the mall. Excellent service from the front desk crew. The room was very clean, and the towels and bedding looked new. Cons: Two story motel, so no elevator. It was an old property, so the heater was loud, and the bathroom needs to be updated. The "free breakfast" was pre-packaged sugary danishes, juice, and coffee. It was a terrible offering, the claim is misleading. Go one minute west to McDonalds, or east to Stella's Diner across from the mall instead. Overall: I understand the complaints, and there were no frills, but I was just there to sleep, and it was clean and comfortable enough to do the job. If you want a fancy hotel, go downtown and pay a few hundred dollars a night. The reviews of the other hotels in this price range were scary, so I'm glad I found this one.

I did not like being woken up every night by an incredibly noisy night desk staff at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning , with their loud phone conversations and loud conversations with each other. They were completely unaware that guests were sleeping close by. This happened for my whole 6 nights stay, and so I have to say that I will not be back and I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

I had no hot water to be able to shower. It was reported to the front desk. I was told the front desk has hot water and that I must be turning it on improperly I than explained that as a mature gentleman with 40 years as a paramedic/ firefighter I now how to turn valves. He then said let it run. I responded I did for 15 minutes. He then said he checked by the front desk and it's hot. I then invited him to my room 104 which is 2 rooms way from the front desk. He informed me that he is not permitted to leave the desk. I checked out due to an early business meeting without being able to shower. When checked out I again informed him if the situation and all he said was the water is hot. I asked if he was calling me a liar and all he said was the water is hot I stormed out. I was never so disrespected for services I paid for. Needless to say, they lost a regular customer. Super 8 customer service was tried to be contacted. Apparently no body answers the phone on weekends

Extremely disappointed
I was extremely disappointed. The room smelled terribly musty. I actually bought air freshener. I was on an end room next ti the stairwell, people were going up and down the stairs all night the door slammed each time. (No elevator) Breakfast was advertised but it was a wrapped donut and nothing else. Noone was at the desk at checkout just a sign that asked to leave key on the desk. The vending machine was out of everything except the $3 bottle of water. I will never stay at this location again.
