This accommodation was nothing like the photos. It was poorly maintained and rundown. Definitely not worth the cost.

The quality of service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring every detail was taken care of. The room was impeccably clean, and the fresh towels provided daily added a touch of luxury. Its convenient location, close to shops and the bus stop, made getting around incredibly easy. A perfect blend of comfort and practicality, so come experience Haven once and you will keep coming back for more!!!!

Would love to recommend this place, but then it will become popular and harder for me to book into... So I wont mention the clean rooms, comfy beds or friendly staff. I wont mention the quiet leafy surrounds right on the edge of the city, and harbour. I wont mention the wonderful pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Would love to mention its our favourite place to stay in Sydney, but I wont 😉

Great room and it was clean and tidy but for $380 a night, it would have been good to have an air conditioner that worked. It was just blowing air so made the stay uncomfortable to sleep. We got in late so weren’t able to tell anyone and when we did the next morning, nothing was really done about it.

There was a lot of mould in the bathrooms, the room overall wasn’t very clean. Staff were pretty gruff and didn’t provide any of the bonuses we were meant to get with the booking

Prior to my stay I had emailed the hotel via Expedia with a few questions and they had quickly answered. The hotel was in a convenient location to where I needed to be, the room was nice and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
