I stay here often -the rooms are room and clean and being able to contact your phone to the tv is great - would love moisturizer as I always travel with hand luggage from NZ
The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but still very well maintained and comfortable bed. The continental breakfast is good with a good choice of coffees.
The room was roomy and had everything we needed. The lady at reception was helpful and very friendly. Super convenient location. We had an issue with the AC unit and the staff immediately moved us to another room
We were really surprised by this property - in all the right ways. With its double glazing, it was so quiet. The bed was super comfortable, however the pillows were not to our liking, way too soft (worked out some better comfort on our 2nd night). The decor was lovely, and gave a sense of warmth. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Such a well located hotel, so many dining options in the suburb behind, and some great little wine bars. Plenty of transport options and very walkable. We would absolutely stay here again.
Lovely property. Breakfast provided - coffee, fruit, yogurt, baked goods. Good location allowed for easy walking access to sightseeing spots and dining. Very comfortable bed. Staff great. Outside sitting area off the lobby was lovely. Room a bit small but to be expected in big city.
