"When we checked in it went great until we got to our room, the room hadn't been cleaned, dirty towels in the bathroom,bed stripped and nit made. I calked the front desk and told them about it and we needed another room. They gave usanother room, had to call for towels, then later had to go down to thefront desk for coffee, cups, and water glasses.
