"Room was large, updated, and clean. The location was perfect for accessing the beach, a block away from a grocery/deli, and close proximity to Duval Street. The concierge in the lobby was on staff all day. I loved that we could rent a golf cart right from the concierge desk and have it delivered to the hotel for our use. We rented a 6 seat golf cart for 24 hours to drive around the area including Fort Zachary. Parking is expensive in Key West but still glad we got the golf cart. Hotel staff was very friendly."

"All staff at the front desk were fabulous. They were knowledgeable about the area. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach and also a free shuttle to downtown for shopping and restaurants! "

"My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 nights and we loved it. We booked a one suite bedroom with balcony view and it was very spacious. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft. That was the only downfall. Other than that, everything was great! Will be back"

"The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and there are a couple of options for food and drinks. The shuttle service was great. It drives you to the downtown area of key west where there is a lot of things to do. The drivers know the area so ask them for recommendations on food and places to go. We picked up a rental car during our stay and there is plenty of parking available. Had a great time."
