Elle m'a réclamé un document sur papier et jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je ne sais toujours pas lequel. Elle a pris des renseignements inutiles, étonnée même qu'elle ne réclame pas mon groupe sanguin( humour). Le check-in le plus compliqué de toute ma vie. Bref! Pour quelques euros de plus, j'aurais eu 10 fois meilleur accueil et meilleurs prestations. "
