"Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other...

Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. "The hotel is located a bit far from everything, but we were limited on a busy weekend. No real issues as far as a simple motel goes, but we didn't like sharing a bathroom (and that wasn't noted when we booked!) I'd return again if I had to, but I'd probably also pay a bit more and get something nicer next time. Also, the cleaning product they use is very strong and we had to leave the window open all night to keep from being overwhelmed by the detergent smell."
