"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. "Only reason for stopping at 4 stars is the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator to access the 3-4 stories of the hotel. I am in a wheelchair and that caused a pretty big problem for me. Luckily I can walk for a short distance, so I was able to make it to our room in a few phases. Room, view, dining room, pool all spectacular. Best breakfast buffet in years!!!"
