"Our favorite hotel in Tahoe! The spacious rooms are amazing and we love the kitchen option. The location is walkable to the casinos or great restaurants. Hop on a bike and enjoy the nearby trails or walk down to the beach. Afterwards, relax in one of two hot tubs, bbq, or enjoy a swim in the pool. The staff is always friendly! On this particular trip, we had an incident with our initial room and they really came through by upgrading us to a two bedroom suite. They’re awesome and we highly recommend 3 peaks. "

"The location was perfect—just minutes from great shopping and everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. The resort has several excellent dining options on-site, making it easy to relax and enjoy without needing to go far. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. Despite allowing pets, the rooms were impressively soundproof, offering a peaceful and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for convenience, comfort, and a great all-around experience!"

"The location of this property puts you within walking distance to the Heavenly shopping area as well as to the beach. Other beaches are only minutes away in the car. Will return to this area and maybe even this property every time! Booked the Alpine suite and was thoroughly impressed with the space and the amenities. The heart shaped jacuzzi (in room) was a hit with the wife. At night they’ve got a fire pit which was great to hang out near. Overall a great experience. "
