"The hotel is very well designed. Our suite was comfortable, clean, with modern functional design, and had a great view of the sea. Each floor has laundry facilities. There were cafes and bars within walking distance, MRT and buses were right by the hotel. The only down side was the services. Our room was scheduled to be clean every 3 days, but they did not clean our room on the 6th day, only changed our towels. The reception desk ignore my repeated requests for changing the broken coffee cups....

"The place was exceptional! They gave us complimentary wine for our honeymoon staying. All the staff were very helpful. No worries about language since all of them talked English well. Also, shout out to the housekeeper who cleaned our room, she did it excellently. The building was renovated recently, everything was in good condition and working: washing machine, fridge, windows, AC, water boiler, shower. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon staying in this place. "

"Although the stay started on the wrong foot, as in the confirmation email I was told that check in was not done after office hours at 1800 local time. I rushed over by under which cost extra due to surge prices, when I could have taken public transportation. At Check In, I was given a room with a "wet bathroom" that had the toilet in the shower, which would have meant the floor would be always wet. Pictures during booking definitely did not have this. "Personally, I would not stay at this location again. My biggest quip was the lack of hot water. Staff was helpful and the location was extremely close to the MTR but, this place is not for me. "

"This hotel is at a convenient location. Bus stop to / from the airport takes only a few minutes of walking, and same for the subway. High Speed Rail station is a only little bit further at 15 mins walk. There are tons of local eateries on the nearby streets, with a supermarket and a convenience store right across the hotel for other travel supply needs. The room is good size by HK standard. It's very clean and well maintained, if just slightly outdated on some furnishings. Bed was comfortable for my preference (your mileage might differ obviously), and the shower was hot and powerful. Overall, I have no complaint with my stay and would stay again next time I'm in town."
