"Gantastic apartments to stay in, great location and very well appointed with everything you would need. The only downside is that the pillows are very flat and hard, this may be your preference, but did make for a slightly stiff neck in the morning!! "

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. Also the location on dishwasher being farther from the sink. The washer/dryer is the one next to...

"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"Good amenities - the wifi worked, the shower had good temperature & pressure, the beds were comfortable. The town is lovely - right out the back of the building, you can walk to Linlithgow Palace by taking the trail around the little lake. There are restaurants & cafes close by. "

"It's basically on the Royal Mile so it's super easy to get to & you won't get lost. When i went to bed, some girls had left the bathroom kind of gross, but when i got up in the morning, I was so happy to find that it had been cleaned up. People were pretty respectful of quiet places which is always appreciated. I was in a mixed room but i felt very safe, something I value as a single chick. "Excellent stay, really nice hotel with nice staff. only small issue was that the self-service breakfast area is quite small and staff didn't always keep a regular check on items stock e.g. no bread for toast, no glasses for juice...."

"Check in - Monica (staff member) so helpful, friendly, felt as if she really cared that we were happy. We used to stay when the property was a Premier Inn. Improvements have been made, but the fact that you can’t control the heating in the rooms - not good - far TOO HOT!! You can’t open windows (totally understand why). Bathroom a bit tired. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. Room 1119."
