"We were staying for the weekend for our anniversary and got a free upgrade mentioned upon checking in which was a great surprise considering when booking the girl said she would write on the mirror and get some balloons etc to mark the occasion! But we were really disappointed by the cleanliness of our room, we found half eaten biscuits down the back of the bed, a half eaten open packet of biscuits in one of the coffee cups, the carpet which my 7 month old was crawling appeared to have not been hoovered at all and my 7 year old daughter found a photo that had been taken...
