"Opal Sands had the best view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets from the balcony was always spectacular! The in-house Sea-guini and Sandbar Restaurants were both amazing!"

"Resort is in a prime location. Beach area is beautiful. Staff is helpful, especially the Valet guys! Spotted Donkey Restaurant has the best Queso I've ever had and Starbucks onsite is very convenient. "

"I wish means of egress was more efficient in this building. In an emergency (which we had to evacuate the hotel due to a false fire alarm), going down the stairs took too long and out of the two available elevators, only one worked for floors 2-6 and it was unreasonably slow."

"We had an amazing stay! The property is perfect for families — there were so many fun activities for the kids, and they were entertained the whole time. The dining options were great, with a lot of variety to choose from. All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Everything felt safe, quiet, and very convenient. We would definitely come back again!"
