"We first discovered this place in 2022 - and came back in 2024. Absolutely stunning (falling asleep looking at that amazing original ceiling is an incredible feeling!), beautiful Veronese details in the room design, great toiletries, wonderfully helpful staff, amazingly central location. "Spacious room, but very sparsely furnished, although functional. Beds were more like cots. Breakfast was good. Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."
