"It looked like a luxury hotel. The room was very nice and the parking was quite accessible. For the price of the room, parking should be included. There should be enough employees to do room service, if the restaurant is busy or not. If i booked a room that boasts room service, I expect room service. Otherwise you can tell its an older building but it was a good stay."

"We had a nice stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the small saltwater indoor pool, and the rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet—even over a busy holiday weekend. The hot breakfast bar exceeded our expectations with a great variety, including fresh biscuits, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and more. The hotel is located in a quiet part of St. Louis, and we really appreciated the covered parking garage ($14/night). Would definitely stay here again!"

though, one day hot one day not. The breakfast was great! But it was the same thing everyday so that is boring for a 3 night stay. We did like the kickback, food was okay. I do have to brag on every employee here, they were extremely friendly, polite, they seemed to really like their job. And in today’s world of rude interactions that was such a nice thing to encounter. Oh and the beds were uncomfortable. "
