"We were very happy with the professionalism of the team and beautiful interior. They earned the high rating. Our room was comfortable and with good lighting. We were so busy seeing the sights a view was not necessary. We needed a good place to rest up. Toni who managed the breakfast room was cheerful every morning. The restaurant was professionally run. Our week in London was made more enjoyable because of the cleanliness and hospitality shown by the Guest Quarters staff."

"Perfect central location, within two minutes of Trafalgar Square, but quiet too. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean and the shower was good. Only issues were the slight smell of damp and the noisy fridge that we had to turn off at night. "
