"Charles RAHIM loved the Brunswick Tower hitel ss it was cheap and had free parking. No gym or cafe qas seen but they have tea and coffee making in the room and you can walk to the shops. "
"We were charged twice for a room that was disappointing, lounge room lights did not work, bare electric wires protruding from wall, tap at hand basin did not work, shower tidy rusty and dirty, and carpets dirty, empty cigarette packet in TV cabinet, TV did not work.
A credit card number was provided to secure the booking but the room was paid for on arrival from a different account, both accounts were debited.
The bed linen seemed to be clean however and the beds comfortable."
"This an older hotel that although it is starting to show it's age, it was clean and everything was maintained so that it made for a very comfortable stay."

"Beautiful property, looks new! We had a really spacious room and were very happy with the reception and room services. Parking was a breeze and daily service meant always a spic and span room to return to at night! "
"After my last stay in April 2025, I found my return here to be as warm and welcoming...especially by Maria and Liana at Reception! Thank you! 🙏
Upon entering the foyer, I always enjoy smelling the pleasant aroma of essential oils.
I asked for a quiet room...and got it! Room 830 was clean, spacious, quiet and distant from elevators and housekeeping storage rooms, as requested! Much appreciated! 🙏
The room provided a Capino espresso machine (similar to Nespresso); a kettle; an iron and an ironing board; a VS Sassoon hair dryer and an Onity room safe. It also provides environmentally-safe amenities such as Ink & Water, vegan, paraben-free shampoo, conditioner and hand & body lotion and Livi PEFC toilet tissue (from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources)!!! Well done Sage Hotel!!! 😉
In my opinion, the bed is very comfortable, although I do understand that every person has different preferences. It has good quality, cotton bedsheets too!!! Much appreciated!
Although Sage Hotel does not provide a stocked mini bar fridge, items can be ordered via room service.
Also, room service orders incur a delivery charge of $5 each time! This, I truly do not agree with...as guest services should all be inclusive of the room rate being paid!!! 🤔 This, of course, is my humble opinion!
95% of your staff are amazing, so thank you for making my stay most enjoyable and extremely comfortable!
PS - Also, Miren at the bar is friendly, efficient and obliging. Thank you! ☺️

"Beautiful grounds, staff were lovely. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was a nice surprise. My daughter has food intolerances and they were a great help with heating up pre prepared food etc. Breakfast was beautiful with gorgeous views over the Yarra Valley. I would love to come back. "
"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Chateau Yering Hotel which exceeded expectations. The room was large and beautiful with a huge double bath and views of the property. We sat in the Drawing Room in the afternoon and were offered Devonshire tea which was excellent. We then enjoyed a wine tasting at the nearby Yering Station (1 minute walk) and came back for happy hour drinks which were accompanied by historical tales of the place and amazing cocktails to match the era we spoke about by the open fire. Finally we finished the day with a delicious dinner at Eleanore’s Restaurant. "
"Everything was very nice except we think the tiles in the shower base are very slippery especially when using body wash and water also escapes out of the shower. "
