"The staff and management are excellent. The breakfast is outstanding. They have 24 hour rooms serving. The location is very central to most places in Colombo. The hotel is very safe. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious "

"We arrived and they didn’t have our booking despite proof on my Hotels.com app. They then said check in was at 14:00 whereas my booking showed 12:00. It took them until 13:30 and several looks at the app to finally show us to our room. The room was dirty and the beach in front of the hotel wasn’t great. We moved 500 metres down the beach where it was much nicer. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Cold food and coffee followed 10 mins after we had finished. We won’t be returning."

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"Great to be met at the airport by the owner, no stress about finding the place, friendly chat. Room was disappointing noticed the smell of cigarette smoke on walking in and never got away from it. I booked a NON smoking room. Location quite central, despite the high level still heard all the horns and caught the sunrise as there were no block-out curtains. "When we got to the hotel they 1st said they didn't do hotel's. Com so i was about to cancel my credit card as i thought i had been scammed had i done so it would have been very inconvenient. After 20 minutes of panicking the manager came over and said we did have a booking. If i had not paid upfront i would have walked out NOT HAPPY 😡"

"大変お勧めの宿泊施設です。アパートメントのベッドルームを借用するタイプの宿泊施設で、キッチン・ダイニング・リビング・ランドリー室も共用スペースとして使えます。バス・トイレはベッドルームに付いています。とても清潔でセキュリティがしっかりしています。バス・トイレ・照明・クローゼット等々の設備も上等です。昼間は英語を話せるハウスキーパーの方が居り安心です。朝食付きプランの場合はそのハウスキーパーの方が朝食を準備してくれます。私が宿泊したのは高層階だったので眺望も抜群でした。場所はコロンボフォート駅から南へ２.５ｋｍ程。近くにガンガーラーマ寺院やコロンボシティセンターというショッピングモールがあり、またシナモンガーデンズ地区にも近いので何かと便利です。（注意ポイント）チェックインは、建物１階のロビーで管理者と待ち合わせて手続きする方式です。事前に管理者から待ち合わせ時間の問合せメールが来ます。予約時に登録した電子メールアドレスを使って、現地で電子メールのやり取りができる様に準備する必要はあります。"

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

"This is a whole house! 3 bedrooms, 2 twin size beds and 2 queen size beds, and 2 bathrooms. There is even a full kitchen with cooking utensils. The views are amazing!"
