Spokane Valley is much cleaner, nicer, and safer than Spokane for lodging.

We enjoyed Spokane's Riverfront Park as well as sightseeing in nearby Idaho.

The valley itself was nice. There is a great mall which we really enjoyed and getting around wasn't any worse than any other decently sized city.

We were just staying overnight on a longer trip. But, WOW, Spokane is such a great city! We had no idea. Spokane (not necessarily Spokane Valley) has a really interesting history centered around parks and has so many great neighborhoods.

Good
We used to shop in this area frequently. This trip it didn't feel nearly as safe as before. The nearby Walmart was a bit sketchy when shopping there at night.

"Amenities were awesome: pool, outside play area, restaurant, staff etc. all were amazing. The ambiance of the pool area makes it feel like a mini resort. "
"This hotel offered everything- a fabulous room, free breakfast, welcome reception, free convenient parking, walkable to restaurants across the road, free sauna and steam room, and friendly staff. And a very reasonable price. You can’t go wrong! "
"The poolside drinks is fun. The pool is busy but there’s a lifeguard. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and drinks were good. Beds were just right. Four people and four towels - great job (some hotels don’t do this). We stayed 2 nights and room was tidied the first day (garbages emptied, towels exchanged, and beds made). Great location across from downtown and close to shopping. "
