This particular room was a basement-much like a cave, but it did not require bringing luggage up stairs, a plus in Split and was close to parking. My main issue was poor internet, but I had a Crotian simm card. The room was relatively spacious and had a couch for a third.

This property was very good and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was great containing the cereals, breads (also catered to my gluten free needs), meats, cheeses and fruits. Our bus was late in arriving and we had an issue getting into our apartment but after that all was well. I would stay there again.

A quaint place to stay for a B&B. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and room clean. It is in an old home that was modified to rent our several rooms. We were in the highest room and because of that we had to climb a very small & narrow spiral staircase to get to the room. Breakfast was a typical European spread with cold cuts, cheeses and breads. We requested a late checkout because we had just flown in and were very tired, but they couldn’t because another party was coming that day (checkout is 11:00 AM). They were however kind enough to allow us to store our luggage in the office until later that afternoon before our ship left. Close to restaurants and downtown tourist attractions. All within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant place to stay for a short visit.

Great place with an amazing host
This is an excellent place for a visit to Split. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town. The place is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The host Pero Is amazing, the most helpful host that I have ever met. Not only did he gave us a brief but very knowledgeable introduction to Croatia and split, but went out of the way to find us a parking spot nearby..

Convenient location at the edge of city center
Cute, spacious studio, convenient location not too far of a walk from city center. Breakfast was a few doors down and Paola was super friendly and helpful. Pero the owner was also very communicative, checking to see what time we would arrive and having someone wait at the door for us, also there is free street parking up the road or a paid parking lot not nearby. The only complaint was you can feel the springs in the bed so the mattress can use an update, we stayed on the ground floor so luckily didn't need to walk upstairs

Pero and Marina made us feel very, very welcome. Pero gave us some really useful tips about what to see and where to eat in Split, whereas Marona just brightened our morning with a beautiful smile and hospitality at breakfast. We would return in a trice!

We had an amazing time at the Vila Baguc. It was so close to many great attractions that we could easily walk and see many things. The owner gave us amazing recommendations about restaurants and fun things to do, and and our room and breakfast were perfect!! We will definitely be back!

Stay here in split!!
Very nice spot for my 2 night stay in split. Super close to the old city area. But quiet which was good for a solid rest. Room was big and Ac worked well. Mini fridge in the room but the tip is to turn up the number to get it to cool down. Didn’t figure this out til the end. Marina was an amazing host for breakfast and cooks up a delicious omelet to go with the very nice spread they have. The owner was very helpful in retrieving my lost airline bag as well. Great spot and would definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay with wonderful hosts
This is a wonderful place with wonderful hosts, who were very friendly, warm, knowledgeable of the city and many other things. The location is great, a little hard to find but the host came met up with us and directed us. The room was very nice and quiet though very close to the center of the old city. Breakfast was great and everyone very friendly.

Vila Baguc is a short walk to the popular attractions in Split. It is in a cozy neighborhood with a few nice stores within a few seconds walk. We were greeted by Pero who was very helpful in moving in and giving us excellent suggestions on what we should see and do. The breakfast was fabulous. Nice time in Split we will certainly return to the nice people but at Vila Baguc.

Rose and Pero were great!
Lovely hotel, Rose and Pero we super nice and helpful... upstairs loft hotel was charming.... make sure you pack light as its a lot of stairs to bring your luggage up.
