Our stay started off well enough, in a 2 bedroom suite and dining area. The toilet had a sewer smell which we reported, we bought toilet cleaner to manage the smell for our trip, not a big issue.
However, on our last night we came back to darkness, there was no electricity in the room. We had noticed water dripping from the A/C unit even though we haven’t used it. Contacted the reception who offered us a 1 bedroom, which we didn’t want after paying for a 2. While these conversations were taking place after 11pm we heard the dripping and then realised the water was running down the walls from upstairs gushing into the electric box. I had to ask for water and we didn’t receive a sorry, a second bed was set up for us which was great, but overall the customer service was awful, considering the amount of issues we had to deal with in one night, using the lights on phones to gather our stuff in darkness to move rooms. I reported this to Expedia who initiated a request for a partial refund which was ignored by the property. Location is good just watch out for the constant dripping from the AC units landing around the building.
