"Location, location, location. first day i took an uber to the palace and on my second day took the hopoff and hopon bus and realized that most of the popular tourist attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. I arrived at 9am for a 3 pm check in and the reception went out of their way to get a room ready within the hr. I wasted $ going out for breakfast, to later realize how good the included breakfast was. "

"For a VIP hotel and us having reserved a junior suite, we were disappointed that only one 330ml tin of water was provided in our room. We had to purchase extra water. The next day, however, we were given 4 tins of water. Suggest bringing a flashlight or using the light on your phone when having dinner or drinks in the dimly lit restaurant-bar on the 23rd floor."

"El hotel estaba extremadamente limpio, y el personal amable nos recibió con calidez, ayudándonos a relajarnos. Su proximidad a las atracciones turísticas populares hizo que fuera muy conveniente explorar la zona a pie. Estoy especialmente agradecido por el atento gesto de regalarme champán en mi cumpleaños.Este es un lugar en el que quiero quedarme otra vez."
