"We never encountered the staff people, but we didn't need to, because the arrangements for checking in were well thought-out and everything worked as promised. Also, nothing came up in our two-night stay that required help. The beds were really comfortable, we could keep the room at just the right temperature for sleeping, and the place was quiet. It was just the sort of stay we hoped for, and we'll stay here again if we have the chance."

The beds were very comfy and also the next morning the continental breakfast was the best we ever had so keep up the great work guys, there is nothing more you need to do to improve."

"Nice space with kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, and separate rooms for shower and sink. The pillows were flat and somewhat uncomfortable, but otherwise a great place to stay. Would recommend to friends and stay there again. "

"We stay here multiple times a year and are always thrilled. Extra clean, beds are great, the rooms are big and beautiful. Breakfast is good and the gym is wonderful with lots of equipment for a hotel, even a peloton. Big hot tub. "
