Little America Cheyenne is one of my favorite places to stay great room, great people, great restaurant, interesting facility with a pool, a shop, and a golf course. Super fun, highly recommend

I was a little disappointed when I walked in and the woman who checked me in was not that friendly. I was not told that there weren't any elevators. That was very inconvenient as I had a couple heavy things to bring in. Although the restaurant was basically bar food, the staff there was so nice and accommodating. My room was outdated and, but kind of cool. There were qtips from the previous guest on the floor and there was dust on the desk, microwave and mini fridge. The hot knob in bathtub didn't actually turn off. You just had to find the right spot so the water stopped. All in all, it was an ok stay. Probably wouldn't stay again, though.

Staff was not happy that we used Expedia. Put us upstairs with no elevator. We are seniors with heavy luggage. The kitchen is in the bathroom.

This is complicated. The front desk clerk was WONDERFUL. However: the food in the deli, as well as the service, was execrable. The shower had good pressure- too good - it hurt. Even when i turned the faucet down. And the drainage was so slow, I wound ip with water around my ankles.

The woman at the check in desk was exceptionally upbeat and thorough explaining where our room was and so accomodationg, we were pretty excited to see our room, the place is unique to most hotels as this is set up as 4 room units. ALmost looks like apartments. We were shocked when we walked in and saw how old and outdated and gloomy the room was. The bathroom was Worse! Can't say that it actually was dirty, but it Looked dirty. Old, old old faucets, tile and shower. We ran out of hot water in the shower!! Dirty caulking. Everything looked original from probably at least 70 years ago. Old properties can be charming and quaint. This was not the case here. Such a shame the room is not kept up or updated because it is a nice set up. Almost forgot to mention the 2 flies we had to trap in the bathroom and kill.

First room was too dirty, had to change rooms. Front desk clerk very understanding. Overall, this property is in a time warp. Throwback to the 70’s. Pink tile, shabby carpet, deteriorating drywall etc. It is in desperate need of a proper facelift to bring it into this century at least. Carpet is always all bad, dirty, nasty stuff. Lighting was awesome, lights everywhere. Hopefully it gets a renovation. Would not stay here again as it is now currently.
