"Comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location very close to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. staff at the hotel was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Good amenities like bikes and shuttle to the beach. The only I would say the hotel should improve on is their breakfast. Since they are charging a resort fee I think a few healthier options should be available. The only options were sugary pastries and brown bananas. Coffee was good though. "We enjoyed our stay! Convenient to walk to town to bars and restaurants. All rooms have a balcony and face the beach! The bars and restaurants at the hotel along the beach were nice. You can rent a chair on the beach for the entire day for $10. Rooms were nice. Negatives - no irons in the room. No machines on the property with soda pop or water. There is no convenience stores or grocery stores in Fort Myers Beach to get any. We had to finally resort to doing an Instacart order. "

"I was really impressed with this property. Excellent walkable location, affordable, nice common areas and bar, and fabulous pool!! We weren't even there on the days when the pool bar was open, that would be even better! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sarasota. "
