"FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...

Upon arrival the young woman on duty was very pleasant and gave exceptional service in making my check in very easy and memorable. She was one of the nicest staff I have ever encountered and I feel that she is a very good representative of your brand. She possesses charm intelligence and humor. "Our stay was very good, very comfortable and is what we are looking for en route to the south. Unfortunately, on our floor, we had a very rowdy group speaking extremely loud and yelling at each other. We did call the front desk to report the noise and they attend to it. "Clean and quiet. Good bed. Good array of breakfast foods. Staff cordial and efficient. Never did figure out how to manage the TV. It had to be operated from the set rather than the remote and it was beyond me. There were a lot of very tiny ants in the bathroom. Typical of budget motels, there was only one chair in a room rented to accommodate two. Not everyone wants to spend the whole evening in bed. "
