"Are states started out with the front desk agent? Not being very friendly or helpful. We went to our room. The room was fine. It was on the outside of the hotel so it was a little chilly. It wasn't as clean as it could be. We literally had to walk outside all the way in to go to the pool. Which is you can imagine in the winter time was very cold. We ate at the blue water grill which is at the hotel.Breakfast and dinner were very good and the service was fantastic.It was an alright stay overall"

"Parents sent us here for our birthdays. Checked in and sent to room. Lo' and behold, someone was already in the room. Front desk didn't think this was a big deal...we did. No apology or upgrade for inconvenience. Not even a free drink offered. This is a property that should have better concierge service especially when a mistake is made on their part."
