The hotel is right on the boardwalk the beach is right there the walk to the water is about one block to the beach many of good restaurants in the area Con is it's not completely quiet cuz you're right by the boardwalk and it is a dog friendly area so you do hear dogs bark but I bought my dog so I'm used to it and that was another great thing about this hotel

Was very unhappy about being put in a room next to maids room. No view and noise all the time between washer and dryer running and people using ice machine.

My stay at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The entire place had a strong, unpleasant smell of mold and sewage. The bathroom was not clean at all—there was hair in the shower and used soap left behind. The bedsheets were stained with yellow marks, which was very unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. I would not recommend this place.

There are a number of steps. A concern for us older visitors. The room was great. Looks recently updated. The only surprise was the $20 a night parking fee. The staff was super helpful. The hotel is on the boardwalk.

The only thing I didn’t like was you’re already paying to rent the room then when you get there they charge you an extra fee for parking in their parking lot that you didn’t know excised until the time of check in . Is this a new thing? I just thought that was weird, I’ve never paid extra to park at the hotel that I’m staying at
