The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—with a stunning view of the lake that made our mornings extra special. What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location—close to downtown Klamath Falls and a perfect stopover on our way to Crater Lake. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip through Oregon. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was great. I worked 10 hours then drove 9 hours from north Seattle to Medford. Even though it was hours before normal check in, the front desk clerk checked us in anyway . He had to have a room cleaned . He saw how tired I was and went out of his way to get me in a room as fast as possible. Awesome customer service. Give him a raise!!"
