"The staff was great. I worked 10 hours then drove 9 hours from north Seattle to Medford. Even though it was hours before normal check in, the front desk clerk checked us in anyway . He had to have a room cleaned . He saw how tired I was and went out of his way to get me in a room as fast as possible. Awesome customer service. Give him a raise!!"
