Neither tub was usable. The sauna light was burned out. The pillows with the futons didn't have pillow cases. The communication for the check-in procedure was contradictory, causing us to wait outside the gate for 20 minutes for someone who never showed up. And 30 minutes before we were supposed to check out, two...
