"Being staying in this property each time I am home visiting family during X’mas & New Year, and it never disappoints. Staff services are great, rooms are clean and closed to amenities. Best thing is I can move the airport luggage cart to drag my luggages from my room to check in counter!"

"Every time I visit Singapore I stay at the Carlton. The staff are very attentive and friendly (special shout out to the bar staff and Kesh who take good care of you). Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast has plenty of options and great location in the city. "

"The hotel is in a great central location and there are both MRT stations and taxi stands nearby. I appreciated having the mall next door to grab a quick bite or stop by the 7-11 for a SIM card. The thing I appreciated most was that I was able to get access to our room early in the day which was great as we had taken a red-eye and desperately needed a nap. I know that's not guaranteed by any hotel but they somehow made it happen!"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Accomodating with room selection. Location is 10/10 as the hotel is accessible to all connecting malls around Orchard and easy walk to public transport. Great food and drinks at Level 10 as well. "

"We ordered a fish&chips on the swimming pool, caught by the rain, tried to take back to room, but the bowl couldn’t take away which was reasonable. We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room. Appreciate for the consideration and taking care of us for such a small thing. Strong recommend, kid has kid’s slippers and and own bathrobe. Start loving Ritz Carlton "
