"Property was super close and convenient to university for move in weekend. We had the place to ourselves, not too busy. It was nice. Some train noise at night, but not bad. Facilities were older but well maintained. Only negatives were that there were homeless across the street at the park but they never bothered us at all ( and it was just me and my daughter at times). "The property is decent and looks pretty new or remodeled however, the complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There wasn’t any kind of meat offered at the breakfast. The breakfast is carbohydrate heavy which is not good being diabetic. "
