"Excellent hotel to stay. Super close to the airport and the falls. Be prepared to eat at property because there are no restaurants around. But the restaurant in the hotel has excellent breakfast and dinner. The pool area is also nice. Overall we enjoyed the time we spent here. "

"You go here for the views of course. The common areas are beautiful. The rooms are 3 star - not 5. They are worse than a premier inn or a Hampton room - small, shabby and dated. The amenities are not as you’d expect of a 5 star. Not even a plug socket on one side of the bed. The pictures are fixed in a haphazard way. Just awful for the price. "

"The apartment smells musty, is very dirty, and full of dust mites. The carpet is at least 20 years old, with many cigarette burns and glitter from countless carnivals. The bathroom smells musty, and the shower grout looks like it has never been cleaned."

"The hotel is cheap, but very badly located. There is only one restaurant close by. So you need to prepare to use a lot of ubers or taxis. There is a taxi booth just in front of the hotel. So that is quite useful. The hotel won't win any prizes for quality, but it does the job okay enough."

"Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria . "

"Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!"
