No anúncio fala que tem estacionamento, mas é terceirizado na rua lateral e vc paga. Paredes quebradas, vazamento dentro do quarto quando abri o chuveiro, acomodação velha e a cama rasgada na base, recepção não atende o ramal, toalhas finas velhas é encardidas, os travesseiros tem o enchimento com espuma picada, terrível, o elevador não para no andar para descer, vc só é até o 15• para poder descer no térreo, pessima escolha, não aconselho.

Atendimento na recepção extremamente lento, burocrático e nada amigável. Banheiro não estava limpo e tv com poucas opções. O cartão magnético precisa ser "atualizado" cada vez que volta para o hotel porquê desmagnetiza e não funciona, eu nunca vi isso. É bem localizado.

Terrível, hotel péssimo estado, tive que trocar de quarto pois ar condicionado estava quebrado, paredes mofas, tudo descascando, não trocam toalhas, não repõem sabonete, elevadores precisam de manutenção, café da manhã sofrível.. não recomendo para ninguém e não volto jamais para esse hotel.. único ponto positivo é a localização para quem tem que ficar no centro
