"We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary. I notified the Hotel months before and requested a high floor facing Diamond Head. Also mentioned our late arrival time. We had a 21st floor room facing D.H. and the Clerk (James) scheduled a surprise gift which was supposed to be placed in our room on Thursday, but didn't make it until Saturday , however it was a nice bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as several packages of local Hawaiian snacks. Our room was clean...

"Bed was comfy ! Partial ocean view was plenty (wasn’t in the room long enough to have needed ocean front)… staff was friendly and helpful… liked the ability ti ‘borrow’ beach towels and beach chairs!"

"Stayed here for Christmas 2024. The oceanfront rooms have an amazing ocean view and was one of the highlights of my trip. I would stay here again just for the view from the room. The location is also great, right next to all of the luxury brands and food options. The hotel itself was clean although on the older side. The room was on the smaller side but had a very comfortable, very large King bed. The bathroom could use an upgrade. Check in was smooth, no complaints about the staff or...
