"We rented a suite and there wasn’t even a microwave in the room. The moment we checked in (hadn’t even brought bags up yet) fire alarm went off and everyone had to leave the building for 20 minutes with no clarity or information as to what was happening. Arcade doesn’t turn on games until 9am. This is a children’s hotel, you think they don’t get up until 9am? There was nothing to do until they finally turned them on and the water park opened at 10am. Multiple lifeguards were extremely rude. Food options for families are awful. We will never come back. "

"Room was nice and large, very clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced for options and quality. Their marketplace for snacks, drinks, and ready to-go items is VERY overpriced (i.e. $12 for a 33 oz bottle of smart water). Wi-fi is free but cuts out regularly, especially if a conference going on which seems like it could be an incentive to "encourage" one to purchase the "premium" wi-fi. "

"Rooms were OK. Slow drain in bathroom sink. No NESN station on TV?? Breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had."

"The bed was clean, and so generally was the bathroom (tub was not clean), so kudos to the maid service. Ceiling in the room had two large water leak spots that had never been properly repaired. Tub was not clean. Stains on rug in front of door. General appearance of the room was not pleasant. Light over one side of bed didn't work. No switch even for light over toilet. The water out of the tap was gray, not clear and clean. Yuk. Had to go to a local store and buy water. Front wouldn't check me in even 5 minutes early. I had an appointment I had to get to, but wouldn't flex a single minute without fining me $35. Said he'd get in trouble with his boss. It was a needly annoyance. One night there was a party ALL NIGHT LONG in the room next to me: loud music and loud talking. Knocking on the wall obviously didn't help. I called the front desk, all they did was try to call the room; when that didn't work, they did nothing else. Didn't sleep most of the night. I was only 2 days. One of the days my key didn't work. Another annoyance. It turned out to be a lousy place to stay, though the bed was clean and bathroom mostly clean. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group."

"Expedia app sold me a room that didn’t exists. I got to the hotel at 3am and the lady at the front desk just straight up told me that my room didn’t exist and they couldn’t do nothing about it even though I had booked the room hours before my arrival"

"Room was not ready at check-in time when we arrived after 4:00. Returned to hotel around 7:30 and multiple people ahead of us were told their rooms were still not ready. Ridiculous if there’s a 4pm check-in time, but rooms still aren’t ready at almost 8pm. Evening staff was not very welcoming and came off as cold. Room was outdated, but overall clean. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet and the food was good. Morning staff at the front desk were very friendly. "
