"We rented a suite. It was a bit on the small side, but had everything we needed. We even had a washer and dryer (free) that we were able to access right outside our door. We were about a ten minute drive to downtown Queenstown. Be sure to take the gondola up the mountain for a beautiful view of the city. If you are adventurous ride the luge down the mountainside. It was safe and fun! In the evening go into town and walk along the water. Outdoor cafes, bars, and live music. It was great!!!!"

"The hotel has beautiful views to the Remarkables and it is well located despite the fact that one has to walk up the Fernill Road to get there. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby and the hotel provides hot bath soaks that are relaxing and soothing. The staff at the hotel went further mile to help in whatever was needed. The food is the hotel restaurant is delicious and well prepared, although I found that the breakfast included was A La Carte and the food offering was limited. The hotel is close to a convenience store and two small restaurants (Fish & Chips shop and the Lokal Bar & Restaurant). I recommend staying there. "

"Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Eat in options are convenient and great quality. Hotel is an easy walk into town where you can explore queenstown and experience the wilderness. There is a local bus stop just around the corner making it easy to access the airport and other towns such as Arrowtown. Hotel is very clean with every modern convenience you can think off."

"The location is excellent, on the shores of beautiful Lake Wakatipu. However, parking is not included with the room and free parking is extremely limited"
