Yes, this place it´s older, but in my opinion-if something works perfectly why to change it?You have everything you need there and enjoy outdoors since New Zealand is beautiful country. Our room was large with a nice sitting area and a patio. Great location to use as a base to explore everything Queenstown and the surrounding area has to offer. "
