Yes, this place it´s older, but in my opinion-if something works perfectly why to change it?You have everything you need there and enjoy outdoors since New Zealand is beautiful country. "We enjoyed our visit here. From check in to check out everything was great. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very nice. Especially on the cool and rainy days. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing! Very fresh, tasty and great presentation of our food. Would highly recommend Kimi Ora!"

"Loved our stay at Kinross cottage. Room was beautiful as was the view. Bathroom spacious with great water pressure. Ducks rabbits and birds added natural beauty to this location. View was gorgeous! Pear and blue cheese pizza and wine tasting were excellent!"
