Such wonderful hosts, very accommodating when we had to move breakfast up an hour for us and our friends. This property is gorgeous and also has friendly cats roaming around. We had wedding photos taken here and they turned out gorgeous! Love this place!

Beautiful property. Wonderful hospitality. It is a step back into history when guests are graciously received. This is more of an experience than an opportunity for a good night's rest. The morning breakfast is divine. A definite must when you visit Sonora.

Wonderful and beautiful place to stay! Was initially trying to stay at Chicken Ranch but it was all booked so settled here and it was the best decision. This is a unique property. It’s a short walk down the hill to the historic downtown of Sonora. There are large sitting rooms that we were able to use during the day and in the evening. So much more comfortable than a traditional hotel. Wonderful breakfasts included. The furniture and decor are over-the-top late Victorian, but that’s part of the charm.
